Abstract
This study aims to analyze and determine the procurement of land for public purposes in accordance with the
legal principles that apply, and analyze the substance of the legislation either on the validity

of the sample based on purposive sampling method by the number of respondents of 100 respondents. The
specifications of the study is a descriptive analysis, while the data collected was analyzed qualitatively.

prinsip-prinsip hukum yang berlaku, dan menganalisis substansi undang-undang baik pada validitas

Keputusan Presiden No .. 36 Keputusan Presiden Nomor 2005 jo. 65 tahun 2006. Penelitian ini menggunakan yuridis normatif
pendekatan dengan data sekunder sebagai sumber data primer yang didukung oleh penelitian dan data primer. Penentuan
sampel berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. The
spesifikasi dari penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, sedangkan data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara kualitatif.
