Happiness is not aim in our live. It rathers be the way to live life. So, here in this post i am going to share 10 rules to live happily which i used to do too in my life.

1. Do what makes you happy.
Yap, this is the best method we can do. We can simply find out what activity we like the most, like hobby. Do it and we will be happy. For example, my hobby is watching movie. So when i am feeling bored or even sad, i will go to theater or just simply turn on the DVD player, sit and watch in my room.

2. Buy things that make you happy.
Well, we often limit our shopping list and prefer to buy things we really need then ignore our wanted things. But seriously guys, sometimes shopping is the best therapy. Try to pick something you really want, don't see the price tag (as long as it is affordable enough) then go to cashier and pay. You will find yourself satisfied.

3. Always spare your busy time for 'me time'
It is the human being that we work to earn money, to earn living. But remember this, we work for living. Not live for working. So, after some exhausting time at office, we should pay ourself. Have a nap in one day. Relax on the sofa listening to the music through earphone.

4. Make some fun chit chat with friends
One thing that can cause unhappiness might be because of feeling alone. So, go meeting friends or pick a phone and call them. Just make some random conversation about anything. Talk much, listen much, made some big laugh. You know friends can also bring you happiness.

5. Eat n drink what you want to
Forget your diet. Hahaha. Go to cafetaria or foodcourt. Don't think too much about your weight. Pick some favorite food or drink. Enjoy it. Happy tummy can make yourself happy too.

6. Enough sleeping
Sometimes if we had not enough sleep, our body become sick and fatigue. We will also feel some terribly bad headache and cause we can not think well. Illness can also frustrating us. Stay healthy and stay fresh by keeping our sleeping time.

7. Never missed praying
This could be the most important thing. Sometimes if we found ourself a bit overwhelmed and unhappy, maybe the reason is because we were too far away from God. We were too busy with this world and forgot about The One Who Created Us. So, if you are muslim, never ever leave your 5 times praying.
