The Contractor shall provide full supervision on quality control; update progress of works and safety aspects regularly to Company’s Representative.
It is mandatory that at all times during the implementation, the Contractor shall have one designated HSE person to look after HSE aspects during the works.
The Contractor has to conduct a regular meeting related with services operational at least once a week during contract period attended by the Company Representative and Users (if necessary).
This meeting shall be discussed the items below, but not limited to the following;
Contractor’s performance evaluation based on actual progress work, time sheet summary, action area, etc.
Availability of manpower and its problems (if any)
Find solution for User’s complains (if any)
Other
All items discuss in this regular meeting shall be recorded and minutes of meeting shall be authorized and kept by each parties.

Kontraktor harus memberikan pengawasan penuh pada kontrol kualitas; informasi kemajuan pekerjaan dan aspek keselamatan secara teratur untuk Perwakilan Perusahaan.
Ini adalah wajib bahwa setiap saat selama pelaksanaan, Kontraktor harus memiliki satu ditunjuk HSE orang untuk menjaga aspek HSE selama bekerja.
Kontraktor harus melakukan pertemuan rutin terkait dengan . layanan operasional setidaknya sekali seminggu selama periode kontrak dihadiri oleh Perwakilan dan Pengguna (jika perlu) Perusahaan
pertemuan ini akan membahas item di bawah ini, namun tidak terbatas pada hal berikut;
evaluasi kinerja Kontraktor berdasarkan pekerjaan kemajuan aktual, waktu Ringkasan lembar , daerah tindakan, dll
Ketersediaan tenaga kerja dan masalah (jika ada)
Cari solusi untuk Pengguna mengeluh (jika ada)
Lainnya
Semua item bahas dalam pertemuan rutin ini harus dicatat dan risalah rapat berwenang dan disimpan oleh masing-masing pihak.
