The purpose of this stage is to stipulate and de-fine instructional requirements. The initial phase ismainly analytical. Through analysis, we prescribeobjectives and constraints for the instructional ma-terials. The five steps of the stage are shown inFigure 1.2.Front-end analysisis the study of the basic prob-lem facing the teacher trainer: to raise the perform-ance levels of special education teachers.
