While we appreciate your concern, all bans are final and non-negotiable. However, you’ll be able to return to the game after this 14 day suspension expires.

To prevent further disciplinary action, please remove any 3rd party software from your device, and ensure nobody else has access to your account.

We do not know how specific mods operate, and what traces are left after removing mod software from your devices. That makes thoroughly removing 3rd party software important to maintaining the account.

We are unable to provide troubleshooting or support for mods. To best learn how to uninstall and delete 3rd party software, we recommend contacting the mod developer or mobile hardware manufacturer.
