Pengalaman dengan teknologi informasi (TI) pelaksanaan di pemerintahan lokal LDCs telah sebagian besar mengecewakan.
Dasar universitas dalam menyerap dan mengacu pada modus manajemen pengajaran dalam dan luar negeri maju, efektif dikombinasikan dengan situasi perkembangan aktual universitas dan secara aktif mengeksplorasi modus administrasi pendidikan terkait manajemen yang cocok untuk pengembangan sistem manajemen pendidikan skala besar saat ini. Banyak perguruan tinggi dan universitas yang memiliki karakteristik mereka sendiri, dari sudut pandang teknologi informasi modern perspektif manajemen pendidikan modern, sistem informasi ini masih ada cacat tertentu, juga membutuhkan administrator pendidikan dari sistem pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan saat ini untuk revisi lebih lanjut dan perbaikan.
