Micronutrient Initiative (MI) Indonesia is currently strengthening the zinc and ORS supplementation program in the treatment of diarrhoea among children 6–59 months in 2 districts of East and West Lombok in the province of West Nusa Tenggara. According the DHS
2012, 65% of all cases seek treatment, and according to the Health Monitoring Information System (HMIS) roughly 13–15% of those currently seek treatment in the public sector, the number of expected episodes that could be treated in a year in the project area estimated to be roughly 45,000 episodes. According to this round of DHS, only a meagre 1.1% of children under the age of five years were given zinc supplements.

2012, 65% dari semua kasus mencari pengobatan, dan menurut Kesehatan Pemantauan Sistem Informasi (HMIS) sekitar 13-15% dari yang saat ini mencari pengobatan di sektor publik, jumlah episode diharapkan dapat diperlakukan dalam tahun di wilayah proyek diperkirakan sekitar 45.000 episode.
