Hello, Clash of Clans forums!

This is my first time coming to these forums, and I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but first here's the story behind my problem.

I started playing Clash of Clans about a week ago, and synced my account to my Google+ account the first time it prompted me to. However, I was unhappy with my start-up strategy, so I deleted/uninstalled the game and re-installed it to start fresh. I'm now playing on a new account, which is a lot more successful than my old account. However, I would really like to sync my NEW village to my Google+ account, and remove the old one.

There are two reasons why I want to do this. The first reason is to better protect my village from technical issues and always have it backed up to a Google+ account. The second reason is I would like to play Clash of Clans from my desktop.

Is there any way I can remove the old Clash of Clans account from my Google+ account? I'm sure if that old account is deleted, I can save the new village that's currently on my phone to the Google+ account myself. Is this possible, and if so, what steps can I take to make it happen?
