14.7 It is further agreed that any controversy, claims and/or disputes arising out of and/or relating to any part of the whole of this agreement or breach thereof and which is not settled between the signatories themselves, shall be settled and binding by and through an arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Trade. Any decision and or award made by the arbitrators shall be final, conclusive and binding for the Parties and enforceable in the Court of Law in the country of choice of an award by the arbitrators.
14.8 This Agreement shall be binding upon the Parties hereto and in any case of individual Parties, their respective heirs, administrators and executors and in case of all corporate parties, their successors and assigns.

14,7 Hal ini lebih lanjut setuju bahwa setiap perselisihan, klaim dan / atau perselisihan yang timbul dari dan / atau berkaitan dengan setiap bagian dari seluruh perjanjian ini atau pelanggaran daripadanya dan yang tidak diselesaikan antara penandatangan sendiri, akan diselesaikan dan mengikat oleh dan melalui arbitrase sesuai dengan aturan International Chamber of Commerce dan Perdagangan Luar Negeri. Setiap keputusan dan atau penghargaan yang dibuat oleh arbiter bersifat final, final dan mengikat untuk Partai dan berlaku di Pengadilan Hukum di negara pilihan penghargaan oleh arbiter.
14,8 Perjanjian ini akan mengikat Para Pihak dan di setiap kasus pihak individu, ahli waris masing-masing, administrator dan pelaksana dan dalam hal semua pihak perusahaan, penerus dan penerima mereka.
