AS well as its electric bikes and Resonator 125 concept, Yamaha will have a new LMW (leaning multi wheel) concept bike at the Tokyo Motor Show, similar to its Tricity, 01GEN and 03GEN designs.

Teased in a lone picture, it looks sporty, a bit like the 01GEN, and moves the dual fork suspension arrangement to the outsides of the front wheels.

We’ll know more come the Show’s opening on October 28.

The firm also says it will show a ‘recreational off-road vehicle’ and an electric mountain bike concept, the YPJ-MTB.

Beyond that, it’s going to reveal a new sports car. There’s no information other than a single teaser picture, but the image is titled ‘T40’ which suggests that could be the name of the car. It would make sense, since Yamaha is already working on a city car derived from British-based, South African-born designer Gordon Murray’s T25 vehicle, and Murray is believed to be working on a new model called the T40 at the moment.
