Thank you for sending through the draft audited accounts for 2013, could you please send to me the detailed trial balance, as you have been maintaining the accounting records up to that date

There are a number of issues that need to be addressed, could you please liaise wwith rosinta on these matters :

Accounts receivable – balance owed by minorco need to be written off

Accounts receivable – please provide movement in the amount owed by QED PNG (increase of IDR 508.784.887) notwithstanding, please off set this asset against the long term liability of QED manila

Other receivable – advance to director IDR 119.437.126 please write back against the long term liability of QED manila

Fixed Asset – these were all disposed of by year end, so they need to be written-off.
Please ask rosinta if any of the fixed assets were sold, and make the appropriate adjustments

Deposits IDR 48.085.000 these should have been refunded; again,please liaise with rosinta

Long term liabilities please consolidate the balance of all long term liabilities as advance from QED Pte Ltd

Realized foreign exchange loss IDR 1.701.122.296 please provide a working paper to show how this has been calculated

Taxes payable please advise what needs to be done to liquidate taxes payable of IDR 17.355.934
Prepaid Tax please advise how this can be liquidated

Please provide advice on whether the forgiveness of debt by holding company (ARTY HOLDINGS) is taxable or not. If it is not taxable, the net debt should be written off
