As discussed previously, we will start giving you the weekly compilation report of the SOS Inspection in order to track the low performer in your outlet.

Kindly note that we will expect to have minimum 80% on the Sequence of Service.

As agreed with Scott, the low performer of SOS will have to receive a refresher training with a re-validation of SOS together with the other low performer from the other outlets.

Session will be scheduled accordingly.
