Subject: No Direct Supply for vaccines to Midwives
In order to comply with Ministry of Health regulation (Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 34 tahun 2014) which regulates the Pharmaceutical Wholesaler (Pedagang Besar Farmasi /“PMK No. 34”), we PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (“APL”), would like to announce with respect as following :
1. The Basic Considerations :
a. The Decision of Director General of Drug and Food (Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan) No. HK.00.06.2.01571” about Distribution of Drug / Contraceptives Products is declared as INVALID.
b. The direction verbally given by BPOM during GP Farmasi Indonesia National Meeting held on November 24th, 2014, that the wholesalers are not allowed to sell and distribute vaccines directly to midwives.
2. Compliance :
a. To comply with above regulation, APL (all branches) are not allowed to sell and distribute the vaccines “Directly” to the Midwives by immediate effect.
b. Should there be any orders for vaccines from the Midwives, it can be re-directed to the Pharmacy, hence the Pharmacy may purchase those products to APL.

The keputusan Direktur Jenderal obat dan makanan (Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan) No. HK.00.06.2.01571 "tentang distribusi obat / produk kontrasepsi dinyatakan sebagai tidak valid.b. arah secara lisan diberikan oleh BPOM selama GP Farmasi Indonesia Nasional pertemuan diadakan pada tanggal 24 November 2014, bahwa Grosir tidak diperbolehkan untuk menjual dan mendistribusikan vaksin langsung ke bidan.2. Kepatuhan: a. untuk mematuhi di atas peraturan, APL (semua cabang) tidak diperbolehkan untuk menjual dan mendistribusikan vaksin "Langsung" kepada para bidan oleh efek langsung. b. harus ada setiap pesanan untuk vaksin dari para bidan, itu bisa kembali diarahkan ke apotek, maka apotek dapat membeli produk tersebut untuk APL.Terima kasih atas pengertian dan kerjasamanya.
