Baby boy was taken to the hospital

Baby boy was taken to the hospital with chief complaintis shortness of breath. His mother said the shortness of breath happened suddenly and worsend. Shortness or breath is not associated with the activity. Shortness of breath is not accompained by wheezing orsnoring.
Patient got fever since 5 days ago. The fever is not followed by seizure. Patient also got cough since a month ago. cough with phlegm,without blood. The sputum was difficult to be secreted.
No family history has the same dissease.
the patient lives in a slum area.

Bayi laki-laki dibawa ke rumah sakit dengan kepala complaintis sesak napas. Ibunya mengatakan sesak napas terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan worsend. Sesak napas atau tidak terkait dengan kegiatan tersebut. Sesak napas tidak accompained dengan mengi orsnoring.
Pasien demam sejak 5 hari lalu. Demam tidak diikuti oleh kejang. Pasien juga mendapat batuk sejak sebulan lalu. batuk berdahak, tanpa darah. Dahak sulit untuk dilepaskan.
Tidak ada riwayat keluarga memiliki dissease yang sama.
pasien tinggal di daerah kumuh.
