9.2.2 the company has exsecuted a sublicense agreement with each sublicense listed or deemed listed on exhibit hereto pursuant to which each such sublicense has agreed to comply with all the provisions of this agreement applicable to such sublicense, as required by section 1.2(b) of the deal terms.
9.3 the company shall and shall cause each of its affiliates, each system and sublicense to comply in all respect with the term of this agreement, and each sublicense agreement between the company and sublicense shall contain (i) such terms and conditions (A) to require such sublicense to comply in all respect with the terms of this agreement and (B) to anable the agreement and (C) to provide for automatic termination ofsuch sublicense agreement upon termination of this agreement for any reason and (D) such other terms, including convenants and representation and warranties, as may be reasonanly requested by HBOPP. HBOPP shall have the night to review and approve any form of sublicense agreement between the company and a sublicense prior to execution and delivery bt the company of any such sublicense agreement.
