As mentioned in the morning briefing today, the New Insurance Provider "Bangun Askrida" will take over our medical Insurance from the existing provider PT.Lippo Insurance, as from July 23, 2015. While Lippo Insurance will be ended on July 22, 2015.

During the transition process,(July 22nd onward) the following mechanism will be applied until the new card is issued (around 15 days):

Out Patient (Rawat Jalan) - will be reimbursed.
In Patient (Rawat Inap) - using Guarantee letter from the Insurance.
Person Incharge in the hotel - Pak Indra Permana HP.08176098899 and Pak Susilo at 081282883052
Person Incharge of Askrida - Ibu Mey at 081298564446
Presentation from Insurance company will be conducted after Lebaran (beginning August 2015).

Please share this information to all your staffs (Co-workers), should they need hospital treatment during the above transition period.

Presentasi dari perusahaan asuransi akan dilakukan setelah Lebaran (mulai Agustus 2015) Silakan berbagi informasi ini kepada semua staf Anda (Co-pekerja), harus mereka membutuhkan perawatan rumah sakit selama masa transisi di atas. kerjasama yang baik Anda akan lebih dihargai.
