1. Material Request
SUPPLIER is required to provide all equipment suitable for above reservoir environment (refer to Exh A.1.ii; 1.iii; 1.iv; 1.v) based on the following standard:
NACE MR 0175 / ISO 15156-3
API 5CRA / ISO 13680
The following materials are considered to meet reservoir and fluid characteristic based on Company internal study.
40%Ni-22%Cr-3%Mo Type Austenitic CRA
(UNS NO2825 type INCOLOY 825, INCOLOY 925, SXPN1, or NICOPER 4221, for example)
Alternative Choice:
52%Ni-19%Cr-3%Mo type Austenitic CRA
(UNS NO7718 type INCONEL 718, or NICROPER 5219Nb, for example)
Note: The alternate choice will only qualify if there are no qualified bids using the preferred material or if the value of bids using the preferred material proves excessive.
Further laboratory testing NACE TM 0177 will be conducted if required by company to confirm proposed material
2. Equipment and Tool Specification
2.1. General
2.1.1 SUPPLIER shall provide Permanent Downhole Gauge System for pressure and temperature monitoring, Data Acquisition System (Surface Equipment), and Engineering Services (commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting) including all supporting equipment, accessories, instrument, and consumable required to perform this service.
2.1.2 All components will be marked and labeled in accordance with ANSI, API or other relevant specifications.
2.1.3 All equipment supplied to be assembled with 4-1/2” tubing 11.6 ppf P110. System compatibility is mandatory. SUPPLIER shall supervise onshore pre-assembly and testing of completion equipment
2.1.4 All equipment supplied with Company specified (TBA) premium gas tight metal to metal seal connection, with sufficient length for two re-cuts. All body joints within each completion component shall also be premium gas tight connections.
2.1.5 SUPPLIER shall provide any and all cross overs required to perform this service.
2.1.6 Element and Seals matched to well environment and pressure requirement
2.1.7 All equipment supplied for the completion tool is to be rated to a minimum of 15,000 psi and 350 deg. F unless otherwise specified.
2.1.8 All equipment is to be suitable for use in sour environment in accordance with NACE MR-01-75.
2.1.9 All equipment is to comply with relevant API and other industry standards.
