other modifications: possibly, but they might have been replaced. I installed busybox free installer and installed busybox( idk why i did this,im a noob lol) in the 6/12 build. Obviously delta update didnt work, it showed status 7 error saying something about /xbin/busybox. I simply downloaded the 10/12 build and dirty flashed it.

Provide any additional information (observations/frequency of problem/last version it worked on/etc) as needed: I was browsing xda, and phone started being unresponsive, after 1-2 minutes, it showed blank black screen. Then when i pressed home , only the capacitive screen glowed, still with black screen.After a while it showed lockscreen, and it was still unresponsive after unlock.I rebooted and am typing this after reboot. The log is huge, and i can say that the ADM notification in log is advanced download manager. I have to zip this to upload it.
How often does this happen? For issues like this, please report them only if they happen often/you can reproduce it.

The log says that the device is out of memory (probably due to Google Chrome). Next time this happens, please also upload /data/misc/audit/audit.log. I want to check if SELinux is preventing vclmk from working properly or not.

I've investigated and it seems to be a problem of Broadcom's GPU/video decoding driver with MediaCodec. More precisely, with certain inputs/actions, the video decoder never return the decoded frame and just froze. It might never be fixed since those drivers are closed-source (and since YouTube is also closed-source, I have no idea what it was doing to make the decoder freeze).

On the latest build, apart from YouTube, which online streaming site still freezes? Link me to the exact URL of the video and tell me the browser you're using.

No, but I have no idea what would cause Google Play to work, but other apps to not work.

Ironically, the very log that you have attached is saying: Android has checked the network and it is working fine. Are you sure you did not disable background data for WhatsApp in Data Usage? And did you try doing a clean install (with wipe /system and /data)?
