Yes, this is the require documents at the recovery (XOL, Cash Loss) and also the followings:



1. DLA

– Details breakdown of the Settlement amount

- The Surplus share % must be the same as advised in the PLA

- If the claim is final settlement no more reserve. Status : We have fully settled the claim at our end and closed the file (We will advise the same to the reinsurer in our DLA to the reinsurer)

- Settlement with further reserve Status: The current reserve after this settlement is XXX (Reserve on Surplus Share or Net amount)

2. Salvage – provide proof of Salvage Report or salvage documents

3. Payment voucher as proof of the Settlement amount

4. If Copy of Policy given during the PLA then during DLA or Cash Call will not required
