The temperature was maintained constant at 37±0.5°C. 5 mL aliquots were withdrawn at different time intervals and filtered using a 0.45µ nylon disc filters and replaced with 5mL of fresh dissolution medium. The filtered samples were suitably diluted if necessary and assayed for OXC by HPLC method. The dissolution experiments were conducted in triplicate
