- 1/2 teaspoon tamarind
- 1 lemon
salt to taste
water, depending on desired thickness

UTENSILS :

- colander
- mortar and pestle

PREPARATION :
1. Boil separately the cabbage, long beans, swamp cabbage and beansprouts than put aside.
