Dear Members, Delegates, Experts, Interpreters, Team Leaders, and Competitors,

As you all know, the WorldSkills Competition Welcome Kit is traditionally delivered to the Delegations during your check in at the hotel and/or during your accreditation in the Event. However, for the 43rd Edition, SENAI planned something different and special to you.

It is with great satisfaction that the WorldSkills São Paulo 2015 Competition Organizer committee informs you that, in an sustainable and innovative move from SENAI, all Competitors; Experts, Chief Experts, Deputy Chief Experts; Interpreters; Official Delegates; Technical Delegates; Technical Delegate Assistants; Team Leaders; Official Observers; Workshop Managers, Workshop Managers Assistant, and Workshop Sector Manager, will receive a Tablet with all the information regarding the Competition:

The Competition Organizer has prepared tickets that will allow you to pick up the device and those will be handled to theTechnical Delegates on Thursday, 6 August 2015. Group leaders will be responsible for passing on the tickets to their respective delegations, as per time tables attached. 

In regard to the tablets pick up, we highlight that:  

The Technical Delegates will be responsible for picking up the tablets on behalf of the Technical Delegates Assistant, Chief Experts, Deputy Chief Experts, Experts, and Interpreters;

The Team Leaders will be responsible for picking up the tablets on behalf of the Competitors;

The Workshop Sector Managers will be responsible for picking up the tablets on behalf of the Workshop Sector Managers Assistant, Workshop Managers, and Workshop Managers Assistants.

All other participants categories: Official Delegates and Official Observers must pick up their tablet, individually, presenting their ticket, their badge, and their Identification (id card for Brazilians and passports for foreigners).

The tablet(s) will be available at the Pau Brasil room, located in the Holiday Inn Hotel. Please refer to the attached table so as to check date and time you should be there to pick up your tablet and note that it might be convenient to bring someone along to help carry the devices.
