Dear All

As we have notify before, we will have 1st Yearly Surveillance Audit of ISO 9001:2008 Program with BV Indonesia on 3 & 4 Nov 2015. Detail of agenda for the audit process can be seen in attached file.
First day of audit and Opening Meeting will take place in Merak Plant, so we need all of you can be present in this opening meeting to hear explanation how process of the audit will be conducted.

Prior run the audit, as usual in the opening meeting we need few minutes to present profile of PT. Cabot Indonesia, introduce in general about manufacturing process at Cabot Merak
and continued with Safety Induction for BV Auditor.
