   6. Application and Selection Procedures a.Application:  Starting from this year, the Program decided to introduce an e-application system and installed its own website owing to substantially increased number of applicants received in the previous year.Now, therefore, the applicants are kindly requested to submit necessary documents to the Program in two manners namely, firstly by the website and secondly by mail.  1.Applicants shall submit the prescribed application form and other documents as requested below from March 2nd (Monday) to not later than 12:00 a.m. on April 3th, 2015 (Friday) to the designated domain of the website and address of PERSADA as mentioned below, where the prescribed application form is obtainable.   WEBSITE : http://www.mbkscholarship-id.com/PERSADA : c/o Kampus Universitas Darma Persada (UNSADA)Jl. Radin Inten II (Terusan Casablanca), Pondok Kelapa,Jakarta Timur 13450 , IndonesiaTelephone: [phone] Facsimile: [phone]http://www.sadanet.or.id/  2.Application documents to be submitted:   Firstly, by the website;(i) Fill in the application form prescribed in the website based upon instructions thereby. Registration number of each applicant shall be informed from the Program to the applicants by e-mail, if the website application is duly accepted.Secondly, by mail;(ii) Photocopy of the e-mail sent by the Program indicating the applicant's registration number……………………………………………………………………………….1 copy(iii) Photograph (portrait) 4 cm x 3 cm taken within the past 6 months. …………. 2 copies(One copy pasted on the designated place.) (iv) Certified school records for all terms and semesters of 1st, 2nd and the 3rd school year issued by the SMA ……..……..……..1 copy: If the school record for the 2nd semester of the 3rd year has not been issued yet, a photocopy of the record for the 1st semester of the 3rd year should be submitted.(v) Photocopy of the result of Nilai Ujian Akhir Nasional, if it had already been issued…………………………….1 copy(vi) Recommendation letter issued by the principal of the SMA in English………...1 copy- Registration number of each applicant should be indicated clearly in typewriting or clear handwriting on the envelope enclosing the necessary documents to be submitted to the Program, hence the envelope without the registration number is not accepted.- If there is any deficiency to the application documents, the application is not accepted.

Aplikasi dan Prosedur Seleksi a.Application: Mulai tahun ini, Program memutuskan untuk memperkenalkan sistem e-aplikasi dan diinstal website sendiri karena secara substansial meningkatkan jumlah pelamar yang diterima di year.Now sebelumnya, oleh karena itu, pelamar yang diminta untuk menyerahkan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk Program dengan dua cara yaitu, pertama oleh website dan kedua melalui surat. 1.Applicants harus menyerahkan formulir aplikasi ditentukan dan dokumen lain yang diminta di bawah ini dari 2 Maret (Senin) untuk selambat-lambatnya 00:00 pada 3 April 2015 (Jumat) ke domain yang ditunjuk dari situs dan alamat PERSADA seperti yang disebutkan bawah, di mana formulir aplikasi yang ditentukan dapat diperoleh. Aplikasi dokumen untuk diserahkan: Pertama, dengan situs; (i) mengisi formulir aplikasi yang ditentukan dalam situs berdasarkan petunjuk demikian. nomor registrasi setiap pemohon harus diberitahu dari Program untuk pelamar dengan e-mail, jika aplikasi website sepatutnya accepted.Secondly, melalui surat; (ii) Fotokopi e-mail yang dikirim oleh Program menunjukkan nomor registrasi pemohon .......................................................................................... copy 0,1 (iii) Foto (portrait) 4 cm x 3 cm yang diambil dalam 6 terakhir bulan. ............. 2 eksemplar (Satu salinan disisipkan di tempat yang ditunjuk.) (Iv) catatan sekolah Bersertifikat untuk semua persyaratan dan semester 1, 2 dan tahun ajaran 3 yang dikeluarkan oleh SMA ...... .. ...... .. ...... copy ..1 :. Jika catatan sekolah untuk semester 2 tahun 3 belum dikeluarkan belum, fotokopi catatan untuk semester 1 tahun 3 harus diserahkan (v) fotokopi hasil Nilai Ujian Akhir Nasional, jika itu sudah dikeluarkan ................................. 0,1 copy (vi) surat rekomendasi yang dikeluarkan oleh kepala sekolah dari SMA di Inggris ......... ... 1 cipta nomor registrasi dari setiap pemohon harus ditunjukkan jelas dalam ketikan atau tulisan tangan yang jelas pada amplop melampirkan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk diserahkan ke Program, maka amplop tanpa nomor registrasi tidak accepted.- Jika ada kekurangan pada dokumen aplikasi, aplikasi tersebut tidak diterima.
