The roles in the RACI chart top row

The roles in the RACI chart top row are also defined in the COBIT 5 guidance (see figure 12). The RACI chart includes the enterprise
(business-oriented) roles, e.g., business sponsor and chief executive officer (CEO), and IT-oriented roles, e.g., chief information
officer (CIO) and head of IT operations. For the example DSS02 process, the RACI chart shows that most of the responsible (R) and
accountable (A) parties are within the IT organisation.

Management Practices and Inputs/Outputs
The management practices that are identified in the RACI chart have assigned inputs and outputs. Inputs are pieces of information or
documentation that are required for the management practice to operate effectively and efficiently. Outputs are deliverables of
successfully operating governance or management practices that are in the form of information elements or documentation. The
COBIT 5 guidance states from where the inputs originated and to where the outputs are sent. Inputs and outputs are typically other
process governance or management practices. If the output is internal, then the output is sent to another governance or management
practice within the same process.
Figure 13 shows that the management practice DSS02.01 Define incidents and service request classification scheme requires SLAs
as one of its inputs. If the management practice operates well, it will deliver ‘Rules for incident escalation’ as one of its outputs. The
Internal label for this output indicates that the output is required for one or more management practices within the same process.

Management Practices and Activities
Each governance or management practice is separated into more detailed control activities that are required to implement the
governance or management practice in the enterprise. Figure 14 provides the activities for DSS02.01 as an example. The level of detail
in these activities often corresponds to that of other related detailed frameworks

Praktek Manajemen dan Input / Output

COBIT 5 negara bimbingan dari mana input berasal dan ke mana output dikirim. Input dan output biasanya lain
praktek proses tata kelola atau manajemen. Jika output internal, maka output dikirim ke pemerintahan lain atau manajemen
praktik dalam proses yang sama.
Gambar 13 menunjukkan bahwa praktek manajemen DSS02.01 Tentukan insiden dan skema klasifikasi permintaan layanan membutuhkan SLA
sebagai salah satu masukan. Jika praktek manajemen beroperasi dengan baik, hal itu akan memberikan 'Aturan untuk insiden eskalasi' sebagai salah satu output-nya. The
label internal untuk output ini menunjukkan bahwa output diperlukan untuk satu atau lebih praktek manajemen dalam proses yang sama.

Praktek dan Kegiatan Manajemen
Setiap praktek tata kelola atau manajemen dipisahkan menjadi kegiatan pengendalian yang lebih rinci yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan
tata kelola atau manajemen praktek di perusahaan. Gambar 14 memberikan kegiatan untuk DSS02.01 sebagai contoh. Tingkat detail
