-If the candidate does not mention two options for enrolling in studies and its request cannot be met by the University specified, Ministry of national education, reserves the right to propose another candidate in the same allocation profile according to the availability of higher education institutions in Romania. Upon receipt of the letter of acceptance to studies with the new allocation, the candidate is free to accept the scholarship or to give it up, can refocus for further studies in Romania on its own currency;
