Arriving there, we were warmly welcomed. After a little talking, we were taken to our respective hosts. Every host accommodated four to five students. The transmigrants live a very simple lite. Most of their houses are made of wood or bamboo, and only some are made of bricks.
Living there, all of us helped the transmigrants plow and fertilize the soil, harvest cassava, rice, corn or other crops, or wash and feed the cattle. At home, most girls produced cassava crips, cassava cake and fried corn.

Tiba, kami akan disambut. Setelah berbicara sedikit, kami dibawa ke kami masing-masing host. Setiap host ditampung empat sampai lima siswa. Penduduk hidup sangat sederhana lite. Sebagian besar rumah-rumah mereka yang terbuat dari kayu dan bambu, dan hanya beberapa yang terbuat dari batu bata.Tinggal di sana, kita semua membantu transmigran membajak dan menyuburkan tanah, harvest ubi kayu, beras, jagung atau tanaman lain, atau mencuci dan pakan ternak. Di rumah, anak perempuan yang paling menghasilkan singkong crips, cake singkong dan jagung goreng.
