The licenses I studied were ordered

The licenses I studied were ordered under antitrust consent decrees
issued by the FTC. Of the six licenses, four were sporadic and two were
predictable, and three covered nascent and therefore relatively less important
markets, whereas three jeopardized already developed, and therefore
important, markets. Within this modest data set, I considered the relevance
of the predictability and market significance of licenses to the R&D outputs
of the affected companies. While general trends are reported below,
case studies of each FTC order that analyze the license, overall business
environment, and subsequent record of innovation by the licensor in the
relevant market can be found in the Appendix.

yang dikeluarkan oleh FTC. Dari enam lisensi, empat yang sporadis dan dua yang
diprediksi, dan tiga ditutupi baru lahir dan karena itu relatif kurang penting
pasar, sedangkan tiga terancam sudah dikembangkan, dan oleh karena itu
penting, pasar. Dalam kumpulan data sederhana ini, saya menganggap relevansi
dari prediktabilitas dan pasar signifikansi lisensi untuk output R & D
