Preparation of individual pesticide

Preparation of individual pesticide stock standard solution at the concentration of
1000 µg/mL.
Weigh 10 mg of individual pesticide standard into a weighting boat and then dissolve with acetone PR grade. Transfer the solution into an amber volumetric flask size10 mL and bring to volume with the same solvent. The stock standard solution can be kept up to six month at -20 + 5 C.

6.3.2 Preparation mixed of pesticides intermediate standard solution at the concentration 10 µg/mL.
Pipette 100 L of individual stock solution of the pesticides (6.3.1) into an amber volumetric flask of 10 mL and bring to volume with acetone PR grade. The mixed intermediate standard solution can be kept up to six month at -20 + 5 C.

6.3.3 Preparation of mixed working standard solution of organochlorine pesticide at the concentration 0.05 µg/mL .
Pipette 50 L the mixed intermediate standard solution of the pesticides (6.3.2) into an amber volumetric flask of10 mL. Then bring to volume with hexane. The working standard solution can be kept up to 3 month at-20 + 5 C.

6.3.4 Preparation mixed working standard solution of organophosphate pesticides at the concentration of 0.05 µg/mL.
Pipette 500 L mixed intermediate standard solution of organophosphate pesticides into an amber volumetric flask of10 mL. Then bring to volume with the matrix solvent (6.2). The mixed working standard solution can be kept up to 1 week at -20 + 5 C.
