4- Research Methodology:
The methodology used in this study is descriptive-analytical. The population under study here
comprises of the total number of workforce in the chief bureau of the education organization and the
areas 1 and 2 and the capital cities in the whole province, which help the chief management and
bureau CEOs in their decision making, and are involved directly or indirectly in the main
educational duties. The employees – men and women – in the central bureaus (except for servants)
are 642 individuals in the whole province. In this study, the stratified random sampling is used.
Therefore, one third of the population is selected as the sample. The sample members are selected
by the use of random number table. The sample numbers of capital cities are illustrated in the
following table:

4- Metodologi Penelitian:
Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-analitis. Populasi yang diteliti di sini
terdiri dari jumlah tenaga kerja di biro kepala organisasi pendidikan dan
daerah 1 dan 2 dan kota-kota di seluruh provinsi, yang membantu manajemen dan kepala
biro CEO dalam pengambilan keputusan mereka, dan terlibat langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam utama
tugas pendidikan. Karyawan - pria dan wanita - di biro pusat (kecuali untuk pegawai)
adalah 642 orang di seluruh provinsi. Dalam penelitian ini, stratified random sampling digunakan.
Oleh karena itu, sepertiga dari populasi yang dipilih sebagai sampel. Para anggota sampel yang dipilih
