I would like to tell you how we would like each box/item tagged. Last shipment the incorrect item numbers were put on boxes after packing, which meant we had to open every box to ensure the inventory was correct. The system we have will help avoid this for this consignment.
In brief:
• Every invoice for every supplier has a list of items - Larissa has written a SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) number against each item;
• Typical example would be PRA BALI, which invoice is attached. You can see here that there are 5 Sets of 3 boxes with a triangle motif against SKU 318
• When a pcikup is done and the items packed, we need the SKU for each product put on the outside. IN the case of PRA BALI we might be able to get all items in one box, so all the SKU's on the invoice could go on the outside of the box.

Are you OK withthis approach? It saves us huge amount of time at the NZ end if you can ask your guys to follow this method. If you are OK, I will send all the invoices with SKU's, and a full SKU list to cross check if needed.
