GOD'S LOVE NEVER FAILS...
A godly student was studying in a college, another student joined him in his hostel room. At the beginning he was good in reading the scripture, in praying and in attending the church services. On seeing his room matehe was very happy that her has got a good companion. But as days passed by he was influencedby evil friends and gradually became an addict to smoking. Then slowly all evil habits caught hold of him. At this juncture the godly student started praying for him with a great burden and tears saying, “Lord, please have mercy on him. His parents have somuch of hope in him. But he is addicted to all evil habits. He is notable to study anything. Please have mercy oh him”. One day he invited him to join him in prayer. He not only rejected his invitation but also admonished him. His repeated request fell only on deaf ears. Finally one day he agreed to join him in prayer. The godly student prayed with the tears for him saying “Lord, please save this young man. Speak to him today and remove all his shortcomings. Please forgive all the sins which he is doing without his knowledge.” On seeing that, the stony heart of the other boy was broken to pieces. He thought within himself, “Why should he cry for me?” why should he pray with tears and burden for me?”. Without his knowledge he closed his eyes and began to cry saying, “Lord , he is crying and praying for me. I am a hard hearted sinner. Would you forgive me?”. Atthat very moment God’s mercy descended on him. The Lord not only forgave him but also forgot all his sins. He anointed him with his Holy Spirit. From that day onwards all the darkness in his life vanished and he began to shine of God.
