(b) entitle any person in proper possession of the relevant part of the Works to copy, use and communicate the Contractor’s Documents for the purposes of completing, operating, maintaining, altering, adjusting, repairing and demolishing the Works, and
c) in the case of Contractor’s(Documents which are in the form of computer programs and other software, permit their use on any computer on the Site and other places as envisaged by the Contract, including replacements of any computers supplied by the Contractor.
The Contractor’s Documents and other design documents made by (or on behalf of) the Contractor shall not, without the Contractor’s consent, be used, copied or communicated to a third party by (or on behalf of) the Employer for purposes other than those permitted under this Sub-Clause.

(B) memberikan hak setiap orang dalam kepemilikan yang tepat dari bagian yang relevan dari Pekerjaan untuk menyalin, menggunakan dan mengkomunikasikan Dokumen Kontraktor untuk tujuan menyelesaikan, pengoperasian, pemeliharaan, mengubah, menyesuaikan, memperbaiki dan menghancurkan Pekerjaan, dan
c) di kasus Kontraktor (Dokumen yang berupa program komputer dan perangkat lunak lainnya, mengizinkan penggunaannya di komputer manapun di Situs dan tempat-tempat lain seperti yang dibayangkan oleh Kontrak, termasuk penggantian setiap komputer yang disediakan oleh Kontraktor.
Dokumen Kontraktor dan lainnya dokumen desain yang dibuat oleh (atau atas nama) Kontraktor harus tidak, tanpa persetujuan Kontraktor, digunakan, disalin atau dikomunikasikan kepada pihak ketiga dengan (atau atas nama) Majikan untuk tujuan selain yang diizinkan di bawah ini Sub-Ayat .
