Dengan berbagai masalah yang timbul di sekolah mulai SMS selama kelas untuk menyimpan video atau gambar porno rentan dilakukan oleh siswa di sekolah sehingga tidak sedikit sekolah yang melarang membawa ponsel saat memasuki sekolah. Dengan kebijakan ini ada pro dan kontra dengan berbagai asumsi. Bagi mereka yang menentang kebijakan ini dianggap sebagai kebijakan pemabatasan dalam hal berkomunikasi yang merupakan hak dari setiap bangsa yang tercantum dalam keadilan sosial Pancasila bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Beberapa dianggap oleh keputusan siswa tidak mendapatkan hiburan saat di sekolah karena penggunaan rutin HP sebagai sarana hiburan dan lebih banyak asumsi. Untuk kebijakan pro akan memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan karena siswa akan lebih mampu berkonsentrasi dan juga dikendalikan . Karena tidak sedikit siswa yang memanfaatkan HP untuk kegiatan negatif. Setiap kebijakan ada pro dan kontra yang umum, tetapi Anda perlu memahami setiap aspek kehidupan bersama pasti menginginkan yang terbaik. Setiap keputusan harus telah dipertimbangkan antara keuntungan dan kerugian. Jika keuntungan lebih dari kerugian berarti keputusan layak untuk menjalankan dengan yang terbaik.
