The present-day rapid development of science and technology, as well as the continuous growth of culture, economic, and political relations between nations, have confronted humanity with exceptional difficulties in the assimilation of useful and necessary information. No way has yet been found to solve the problems in overcoming language barriers and of accelerated assimilation of scientific and technological achievements by either the traditional or modern methods of teaching. A new approach to the process of teaching and learning is, therefore, required if the world is to meet the needs of today and tomorrow.

Masa kini perkembangan pesat ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dari budaya, ekonomi, dan hubungan politik antar bangsa, telah dihadapkan kemanusiaan dengan kesulitan yang luar biasa dalam asimilasi informasi yang berguna dan diperlukan. Tidak ada cara yang belum ditemukan untuk memecahkan masalah dalam mengatasi hambatan bahasa dan asimilasi percepatan prestasi ilmiah dan teknologi baik oleh metode tradisional atau modern mengajar. Sebuah pendekatan baru untuk proses belajar mengajar, oleh karena itu, diperlukan jika dunia adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hari ini dan besok.
