Eligibility test
All applicants must be eligible for a Voice grant. The threshold criteria outline questions of eligibility. If an application does not meet all of the threshold criteria, it will be rejected.

All grants awarded by Voice must focus on the defined themes, targets and focal countries. If the application does not sufficiently address one or more themes, primarily benefit at least one of the Voice target groups and does not primarily work in at least one of the Voice focus countries the application will be rejected.

Focus of the project

The project addresses one or more of the impact themes:
1. improving access to (productive) resources (finance, land and water) and employment in particular
2. improving access to social services, health and education
3. fostering space for political participation

Uji kelayakan
Semua pelamar harus memenuhi syarat untuk hibah Voice. Kriteria ambang garis pertanyaan kelayakan. Jika aplikasi tidak memenuhi semua kriteria ambang batas, maka akan ditolak.

Semua hibah diberikan oleh Voice harus fokus pada tema yang ditentukan, target dan negara-negara fokus. Jika aplikasi tidak cukup mengatasi satu atau lebih tema, terutama manfaat setidaknya satu dari kelompok sasaran Voice dan tidak terutama bekerja dalam setidaknya satu dari Voice negara fokus aplikasi akan ditolak.

Fokus dari proyek

Proyek membahas satu atau lebih dari tema dampak:
1. meningkatkan akses ke sumber daya (produktif) (keuangan, tanah dan air) dan pekerjaan khususnya
2. meningkatkan akses ke pelayanan sosial, kesehatan dan pendidikan
3. membina ruang partisipasi politik
