Responsibility relating to distribution of PwC's opinion
If the Company wishes to publish or reproduce our report together with financial statements, Management needs to : 1. provide PwC with a draft of the relevant document 2. obtain PwC's approval for inclusion of the report.

Third party users of PwC's opinion
Audit opinion is intended for the benefit of those whom it is addressed. Therefore, items of possible interest to a third party will not be specifically addressed.

Responsibility to seek PwC's consent to any future use of the opinion
Any agreement to perform work in connection with an offering, including an agreement to provide such permission or consent, will be a separate engagement and subject to a separate engagement contract.

Indonesian Auditing Standards require that we read any annual report prepared for public distribution that contains the financial statements and our audit report thereon.
