When the torque limits are specific to the maintenance procedure,they will be included in the procedure. When torque limits are not included in the maintenance procedure, the general torque limits chart may be used.

Figures,tables, and charts of torque limits can be found in the TOs. you muts use these figures, tables, and chart when the torque limits are not specified in the assembly instruction. TO 2J-T56-26 gives this information in Section VII, tables of limits.TO 1C-130B-10 gives information is Section II, Buildup Instructions. TO 1C-130B-2-4 gives this information in section I, general information. TO 1C-1-1A-8 includes information for most types of general hardware.

Figures 41 in this information sheet is an example of figures 7-6(sheet 2) TO 2J-T56-26, Section VII. In the figures, the hardware is identified with an arrow. the torque limits for the hardware are given. when more then one item of hardware is to be torque, such as for mating surfaces, the number of item or places to be torqued will aslo bi include. always read the NOTE or condition for the torque limits. the NOTE that follows Figures 41 applies to the torque limits.
