6. REFUND OF DOWN PAYMENT
6.1 It is hereby declared that if the Funds are not delivered with the time frame of Five (5) working days after signing this agreement, 100% refund of the processing payment shall be made back to the Borrower by the Lender within Three (3) working days with any means recommended by the Borrower.
7. NON-CIRCUMVENTION AND NON-DISCLOSURE
7.1 The Parties, in recognition of their responsibilities herein under, shall spread the same to their heirs, assigns, successors, associates, employees, brokers, agents, principals and legal representatives and expressly agree that all information concerning and in any respect related to the transaction under this Contract, as well as Contacts and Protocols entered into within the framework of this Contract, shall be CONFIDENTIAL, without limitation, with respect to each paragraph hereof. In this connection, the Parties unconditionally agree that they shall not, without the prior written consent of the Party providing information, disclose or otherwise transfer to any third parties the information received from the other Party, as to owners, assets, sellers, buyers,
investors, lenders, borrowers, and other sources of financing, as well as disclose names, firm names having property rights, titles, addresses, telephones, faxes, emails, or any other data associated with banks, codes or any other information stated confidential by the other Party.

6. PENGEMBALIAN BAWAH PEMBAYARAN
6.1 Dengan ini menyatakan bahwa jika Dana tidak disampaikan dengan jangka waktu lima (5) hari kerja setelah penandatanganan perjanjian ini, 100% pengembalian pembayaran pengolahan akan dilakukan kembali kepada Peminjam oleh pemberi pinjaman dalam Tiga (3) hari kerja dengan cara apapun yang direkomendasikan oleh Peminjam.
7. NON-pengelakan DAN NON-KETERBUKAAN
7.1 Para Pihak, sebagai pengakuan atas tanggung jawab mereka di sini di bawah, akan menyebarkan yang sama untuk mereka ahli waris, yang ditunjuk, penerus, rekan, karyawan, broker, agen, kepala sekolah dan perwakilan hukum dan tegas setuju bahwa semua informasi mengenai dan dalam segala hal yang berkaitan dengan transaksi berdasarkan kontrak ini, serta Kontak dan Protokol masuk ke dalam kerangka kontrak ini, akan menjadi RAHASIA, tanpa batasan, sehubungan dengan setiap paragraf perjanjian. Dalam hubungan ini, Para Pihak tanpa syarat setuju bahwa mereka akan tidak, tanpa persetujuan tertulis terlebih dahulu dari Pihak memberikan informasi, mengungkapkan atau mengalihkan kepada pihak ketiga informasi yang diterima dari pihak lain, untuk pemilik, aset, penjual, pembeli,
investor, pemberi pinjaman, peminjam, dan sumber pembiayaan, serta mengungkapkan nama, nama perusahaan setelah hak milik, judul, alamat, telepon, fax, email, atau data lain yang terkait dengan bank, kode atau informasi lain menyatakan rahasia oleh Pihak lainnya.
