significantly reduced appetite and energy intake acutely.8 In addition, lupin fibre-enriched foods have been shown to increase satiety. 35 Data from studies usingad libitumdiets
with increased protein 36–38 or fibre 3 intake are limited. We recently reported that anad libitumlupin flour-enriched diet higher in dietary protein and fibre consumed over 4 months
