Regarding the delivery terms that stipulated in the contract between PTKS and Evraz EMAG , refer to the meeting between our principal with PTKS BOD and logistic department , that price condition only can be accepted CFR LO or CFR FO according to international standard without any additional words or clause . therefore we are sorry to inform that your suggestion to put additional words " cargo on to truck and ready for delivery " can not be accepted

In our principal perception that meaning of the price condition CFR LO is the cargo will be discharged by charter party from the vessel on to the truck or port outside the vessel and ready to delivery , in case the buyer think that cargo is not ready to be deliver , buyer have the right not to allow the truck to go .
