DAMPAK dari teknologi adopsi manajemen terpadu tanaman (PTT) petani padi PADI FIELD pada pemberdayaan PRIMA TANI PROGRAM untuk melakukan di Sumatera BaratRINGKASANInovasi teknologi pertanian yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan produktivitas, sehingga memacu pertumbuhan tidak hanya produksi, tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan daya saing. Pemahaman tentang inovasi teknologi melalui proses mental dari tahap-tahap individu petani untuk mengambil keputusan untuk mengadopsi itu.Kemajuan besar telah dicapai dalam pembangunan pertanian pedesaan di Indonesia dan secara fisik dapat diubah dari waktu ke waktu. Namun, kita bisa tidak berubah menutup mata terhadap berbagai kemunduran, terutama terkait dengan adopsi inovasi teknologi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan, selain program pengembangan pertanian telah sangat terpusat dan cenderung kemandirian masyarakat atas ke bawah, rendah dan potensi yang ada pada akhirnya menjadi tidak berkembang.Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui diseminasi hasil penelitian dan penilaian serta kecepatan adopsi teknologi petani adalah faktor yang menentukan dalam mendukung laju pembangunan pertanian. Target adalah pemberdayaan pemerintah daerah dan lembaga terkait serta seluruh petani di daerah lokasi Prima Tani.Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pengembangan melalui penyebaran teknologi adalah tingkat implementasi teknologi yang telah disosialisasikan kepada petani. Pada implementasi pasca Prima Tani program dapat dilihat tingkat adopsi teknologi komoditi kondisi PADI tingkat kondisi penerapan teknologi oleh petani dengan fitur teknologi paket atau direkomendasikan teknologi.Pengetahuan tingkat adopsi teknologi, tingkat adopsi dari teknologi komponen masih lemah dan umpan balik dapat prioritas jika tingkat perkembangan dan adopsi teknologi ditingkatkan, dampak akibat dari pertanian dan mengarah ke peningkatan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat petani.Berdasarkan uraian di atas isu-isu, timbul pertanyaan mendasar adalah apakah penerapan inovasi teknologi terus diperkenalkan oleh mengukur tingkat teknologi adopsi petani, tingkat pemberdayaan petani dan dampak dari tingkat adopsi teknologi petani untuk tingkat pemberdayaan petani yang melaksanakan program Prima Tani di Sumatera Barat,This study aims to assess the level of adoption of technological innovations PTT paddy field, assess the effect of individual factors and environmental farmer, knowing the level of empowerment of farmers PTT paddy rice as well as assessing the impact of the rate of adoption of technology PTT rice paddy to the empowerment of farmers.This study was conducted using descriptive analysis method on three research sites that carry rice paddy PTT technology innovation that is Nagari lareh Nan Long, District VII Koto Sungai Sarik, Padang Pariaman district, Nagari Koto Baru Simalanggang, Payakumbuh District, District Fifty State and in Nagari Muaro Bodi, District IV Nagari, Sijunjung district. To determine the level of farmer empowerment (intellectual independence, material, management) by using a Likert scale. The end result of the data collection form a complete picture of the issues presented in the form of tables of data and variables were analyzed quantitatively, quantitative analysis using regression test tool bereganda.The rate of technology adoption ICM (Integrated Crop Management) application level paddy rice is paddy rice PTT technology component that emphasizes the management of plants, soil, water, and pests in an integrated manner. The technology component is expected farmers in anticipation of pests and diseases and to increase rice production.
