Interest Insured : On specified plant machinery and equipment within the Isured’s Premises above.
Risk Covered : Indemnify PERHIMPUNAN PEMILIK & PENGHUNI SATUAN RUMAH SUSUN APARTEMEN MUARA INDAH against Breakdown of any Machine whilst :
Working or at rest
Being dismantled moved or re-erected for the purpose of cleaning inspection repair or installation in other position.
At the above location sufficient to prevent the machine undertaking its normal work and necessitating repair or replacement before working can be resumed.

Excluded Risks : - Loss pr damage to exchangeable tools, parts which suffer high rate of wear or depreciation, refractory, linings, crushing hammers, objects made of glass, belts, ropers, wires, rubber tires, operating media.
Loss or damage caused by fire, the extinguishing of a fire, direct, lightning, explosion, aircraft and other aerial devices or articles dropped there from, collapse of building, subsidences, flood, inundation, earthquake, volcanic eruption, or other conclusion of nature, typhoon, hurricane, tornado, cyclone or

other similar atmospheric disturbance, escape of water from water containing apparatus or clearance of debris demolition or dismantling arising from these occurrence, theft or any attempt thereat. (Explosion shall not mean the bursting or disruption of turbines compressor engine cylinders flywheel or other parts subject to centrifugal force transformers switches or oil immersed switchgear).
Tasting or intentional overloading of any machine or any experiment involving imposition of abnormal condition.
Fault or defect known to the insured.
Wear and tear.
Willful negligence of insured.
Loss or damage for which supplier manufacturer or installer is responsible.
Consequential loss.
War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or warlike operations.
Inssurection, rebellion, revolution.
Ionizing, ration or contamination.
Nuclear weapons
Loss or damage as a direct consequence of the continual influence of operation except in consequence thereof.
Liability of any kind or description
Loss business due to suspension, lapse or cancellation of a least license or order etc. which occours after machinery affected is again in operating condition.
