If you are completely new to Studio

If you are completely new to Studio One, we suggest you start by running the demo. The
demo is essentially identical to Studio One Professional. This allows you the opportunity to
experience nearly everything Studio One has to offer, while also ensuring that your system is
compatible.
To start the demo:
1. Click on “Try the demo version” in the activation menu.
2. Click on “Create User Account” and fill in your information.
3. Activate your user account by clicking on the link in the verification email.
4. Click on “Activate Online” (see the Offline Activation section if the computer is not
online), then enter your username and password and click on “Activate.” The demo
will now run.
You also can run Studio One Free, or activate Artist or Producer, and then start the demo
version at a later time.
Once the demo period ends, if no other license has been activated, Studio One can run as the
Free version for an unlimited period of time. If you previously activated either Artist or
Producer prior to starting the demo, Studio One will return to the activated version when the
demo period ends.
