Establish a website
Before investors can set up a website in Indonesia they must register the domain name. Domain names are regulates under MICI Regulation No. 23 of 2013 regarding Domain Name Management.
A website is considered an "electronic system", as referred to in Low No. 11 of 2008 regarding the Inplementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions ( GR 82/2008 ), and thus must follow the requirements for electronic systems provided in such regulations.
One of the requirements under GR 82/2012 is that a website peovide users with at least : (i) the identity of the party providing such an alectronic system; (ii) detailed information on the object of any transaction,meaning thet the website must provide detailed information on the object sold by them; (iii) safety information; (iv) usage procedures; (v) terms and conditions of usage; (vi) procedures to reach agreement, meaning that in terms of buying a product, the users must be provided with sufficient information on the procedure to complete a transaction; and (vii) guarantee of privacy and/or protection of personal data.
The system must also be equipped with features that at a minimum enable users to (i) make corrections; (ii) cancel an order; (iii) confirm or reconfirm an order or information; (iv) continue to the next activity or exit; (v) access the information conveyed in the form of a contract offer or advertisement; (vi) check the status of the transaction, whether it is successful or has failed; and 9vii) read the agreement before entering into a transaction.
Certification is required to operate an electronic system, including a website. This certification can be in the form of a Reliability certificate and/or Electronic certificate that must be issued by a certification institution registered with the MOCI.
In addition, investors may want to register any trade names and trademarks thet may be used as a domainname or for other purposes related to the website or trading activities. Such registration is necessary to receive protection under Low
no. 15 of 2001 regarding Trademarks.

Membangun sebuah situs web
Sebelum investor dapat membuat sebuah situs web di Indonesia mereka harus mendaftarkan nama domain. Nama domain adalah Menagatur berdasarkan Peraturan MICI Nomor 23 tahun 2013 tentang Nama Domain Manajemen.
Sebuah website dianggap sebagai "sistem elektronik", sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Rendah Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Inplementation dari Sistem Elektronik dan Transaksi (GR 82/2008 .), dan dengan demikian harus mengikuti persyaratan untuk sistem elektronik dalam peraturan-peraturan tersebut
Salah satu persyaratan di bawah GR 82/2012 adalah bahwa pengguna peovide website dengan setidaknya: (i) identitas pihak yang memberikan sistem alectronic seperti; (Ii) informasi rinci tentang objek transaksi, berarti thet website harus memberikan informasi rinci tentang objek yang dijual oleh mereka; (Iii) informasi keselamatan; (Iv) prosedur penggunaan; (V) syarat dan ketentuan penggunaan; (Vi) prosedur untuk mencapai kesepakatan, yang berarti bahwa dalam hal membeli produk, pengguna harus diberi informasi yang cukup tentang prosedur untuk menyelesaikan transaksi; dan (vii) jaminan privasi dan / atau perlindungan data pribadi.
Sistem ini juga harus dilengkapi dengan fitur yang minimal memungkinkan pengguna untuk (i) melakukan koreksi; (Ii) membatalkan pesanan; (Iii) mengkonfirmasi atau menegaskan kembali perintah atau informasi; (Iv) terus aktivitas berikutnya atau keluar; (V) mengakses informasi yang disampaikan dalam bentuk tawaran kontrak atau iklan; (Vi) memeriksa status transaksi, apakah itu berhasil atau gagal; dan 9vii) membaca perjanjian sebelum memasuki transaksi.
Sertifikasi diperlukan untuk mengoperasikan sistem elektronik, termasuk situs web. Sertifikasi ini bisa dalam bentuk sertifikat Keandalan dan / atau sertifikat elektronik yang harus dikeluarkan oleh lembaga sertifikasi yang terdaftar dengan Menkominfo.
Selain itu, investor mungkin ingin mendaftarkan nama dagang apapun dan merek dagang thet dapat digunakan sebagai domainname atau untuk tujuan lain yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan situs atau perdagangan. Pendaftaran tersebut diperlukan untuk menerima perlindungan di bawah Low
ada. 15 Tahun 2001 tentang Merek Dagang.
