The waiting time consider only when terminal allocated berth later than proforma window even the vessel arrive on time for proforma berthing.
We only consider there is waiting time when vessel berth was given later than our proforma by terminal, even though our vessel is ready to berth as proforma window.
Do you understand the concept, pls confirm.


For Semarang, OTTO HC632R Proforma 15/08: 1200  ETA 14/08-0930 Anchored - Pilot booked on 15/08: 1015 = More than 10hrs waiting to berth

For Belawan, THANLWIN STAR HE632R Proforma 13/08: 1300  ETA 12/08-2100 Anchored - Pilot booked on 13/08: 0600 = More than 5hrs waiting to berth

Waktu tunggu mempertimbangkan hanya ketika terminal dialokasikan tidur lambat jendela proforma bahkan kapal datang tepat waktu untuk proforma berlabuh.
Kami hanya menganggap ada waktu ketika kapal dermaga diberikan paling lambat proforma kami dengan terminal menunggu, meskipun kapal kami siap untuk berlabuh sebagai jendela proforma.
Apakah Anda memahami konsep ini, pls konfirmasi.
