XDiuji & terasaSuper Fudgy BrowniesCobalah beberapa brownies begitu jauh, bahkan ini akan menjadi brownies terbaik yang pernah dibuat. Sebuah paduan yang bagus dari fudgy dan kenyal, itu adalah persis seperti yang saya ingin mereka menjadi:). Pastikan untuk menggunakan kualitas yang baik dari cokelat maka itu pasti akan memuaskan keinginan Anda :)Sumber: Martha Stewart melalui Ricke di dapur biasaBahan120 g mentega tawar, potong menjadi potongan-potongan, ditambah lebih untuk panci225 gram Semisweet atau cokelat pahit, dicincang200 gr gula (asli 280 gr)3 besar telur1 sdt vanili ekstrak130 g tepung terigu 30 gram coklat bubuk1/2 sdt Baking powder1/2 sdt garam50 gr cokelat converture tetesan / chocolate chips (optional)Metode:-Menggunakan metode ganda mendidih, melelehkan mentega dan coklat, aduk sampai mencair dan dicampur. Tambahkan gula, aduk sementara dan Matikan api, campuran untuk menggabungkan (khawatir jika gula tidak meleleh). Sisihkan.-Panaskan oven 180C Anda-Tambahkan telur dan vanili, campuran untuk menggabungkan. (Cara mengubah sedikit, karena saya tidak suka saya brownies menjadi lengket tekstur, Sebaliknya saya Kocok telur dengan mixer tangan (bebas-mesin) sampai dimasukkan (tidak begitu lama), kemudian tambahkan cokelat leleh di 3 kali sampai baik dimasukkan).-Tambahkan tepung bergeser, kakao bubuk, BP, garam dan cokelat tetesan, campuran hanya sampai basah (tidak overmix).-Transfer adonan ke 8 atau 9 inci panci, atas halus.-Panggang selama 50 menit (periksa di bawah ini update) atau sampai tusuk gigi dimasukkan ke dalam pusat keluar dengan beberapa remah basah terpasang. - Cool in pan for at least 30 mins ( I just leave it to cool in a pan and transfer out before cutting).UPDATED (29/06/15): I baked it again, however, this time, I'm not too sure, it's a bit dry for 50 mins. Any brand should be okay.
