But there are things that should be concerned is about the safety factor and the implementation of appropriate and required standard care and maintenance on each piece of equipment; so that the safety, security and comfort can be fulfilled and the reliability of the operational system and the life of equipment can be as planned.

Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari hasil pemeriksaan inspeksi visual yang telah dilakukan, secara garis besar kondisi umum Koei Gedung Nippon dan sistem peralatan utama yang ada di Koei Gedung Nippon berada dalam kondisi cukup baik. Tapi ada hal-hal yang harus bersangkutan tentang faktor keamanan dan pelaksanaan perawatan standar yang tepat dan diperlukan dan pemeliharaan pada masing-masing peralatan; sehingga keselamatan, keamanan dan kenyamanan dapat dipenuhi dan keandalan sistem operasional dan umur peralatan dapat seperti yang direncanakan.
