Partner with respective companies in performance measurements and salary reviews. Benchmark against pay scale provided by HR Attend to and handle with confidentiality all matters pertaining to employees’ personal difficulties and problems. To ensure good employee morale and happy working relations in the respective Companies. Maintain good relationship with Trade Union together with Management team. Main liaison between Management and Union to resolve any staff related issues. Advise company managers on changes in local labor legislation requirements so as to minimize any litigation risk. Together with the HRD of respective companies, assist in the development and implementation of an effective performance management process. Identify and recommend changes in company policies, plans, practices or programs in accordance to legislation or best practices. Organize regular staff communication sessions to update any changes in Group HR policies and gather feedback from staff during the sessions Participate in monthly management meetings with the respective companies and present HR statistics on safety records, staff turnover and any HR related indices Establish and send out monthly HR statistics to the respective companies Supervise monthly payroll process and variable incentive preparation process
