The Purest Snake Oil Available

Penac W is nothing else than extremely overpriced Calcium Carbonate coupled with a good dose of Hollistico-heuristic shamanism.
I am inviting you to read the scientific explanation of what Penac (AKA Roland Plocher Penac) is below (quoted with references, please)

Short Synopsis:
Penac is an holistic/heuristic holographic transfer of (vibrational) waves of (new form of) (not discovered yet) energy imprinted on a carrier media by an apparatus that can concentrate fine energy (with minute wavelength,(that no present scientific instrument can detect, -yet- mind you) and condensate the properties of the carried energy onto a support media.

In short, you can achieve the same extraordinary results by filing your tank with sacred holy water and having 33 naked virgins dancing counter-clockwise over a pentagram during a full moon. (No need to sacrifice a rooster)

You can purchase Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) by the bag at a fraction of the cost, or use powdered eggshells, you can then apply any pseudo science to it (candles, naked virgins, voodoo, etc)
